Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the sales team, the Pro/ENGINEER / Windchill Technical Manager role will have responsibilities including: -

Develop and monitor Application Engineers in your team both on a technical and commercial level
Jointly generate implementation proposals for both Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill implementations
Engage with customers as a Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill expert
Engage with prospects and existing accounts in demonstrating Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill both on site and at the office
Development and delivery of both bespoke and PTC Standard training courses.
Pre-sales support including demonstrations and benchmarks
Opportunity management
Support for the internal design team on certain projects
Experience of programming in a Windchill environment is essential

Pro/ENGINEER Applications Engineer

Package:

Up to £28000 + Car Allowance

25 days holiday leading to 28 after 5 years

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the sales team, the Pro/ENGINEER / Applications Engineer role will have responsibilities including: -

Engage with customers as a Pro/ENGINEER expert
Engage with prospects and existing accounts in demonstrating Pro/ENGINEER both on site and at the office
Development and delivery of both bespoke and PTC Standard training courses.
Manage incoming support requests leveraging the channel hotline
Pre-sales support including demonstrations and benchmarks
Support for the internal design team on certain projects

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years Pro/ENGINEER experience although experience of another high-end CAD system in a pre-sales environment will be considered.

The role is very much a customer facing role and as such you will be placed in the sales environment on many occasions. You must be motivated and driven to work in this environment.

Engage with customers as a Windchill expert
Project Management
Jointly generate implementation proposals for both Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill implementations
Engage with prospects and existing accounts in demonstrating Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill both on site and at the office
Development and delivery of both bespoke and PTC Standard training courses
Pre-sales support including demonstrations and benchmarks

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years Windchill experience and an understanding of Pro/ENGINEER. Experience of databases and programming in a Windchill environment is preferable.
