Optima worked with Ideo on a mobile phone design for phone manufacturer Sagem to be distributed by global communications giant Vodafone. Initial visuals supplied by the client were developed to produce the phone case and the mechanical components for high volume manufacture.
The phone is aimed at the more mature user who wants the first function of a phone to be a phone! Large numbers and display with clear text allows the user to make calls easily.
