Optima were approached by Boltight Limited – part of the Nord-Lock Group with a desire to produce animations which showed the principal of bolting and how hydraulic bolt tensioning works. Boltight are at the forefront of hydraulic bolt tensioning and provide fast, accurate and safe solutions to tighten and loosen multiple bolts simultaneously.
Thereafter Optima were approached to create a series of animations to showcase the products for the Nord-Lock Group used in the wind energy sector. Using native CAD products were placed into a realistic environment and showed the internal workings.
The resultant high-resolution animations not only give a detailed explanation of how the products work, but also where and how they are used on wind turbines.
The videos form part of the Boltight and Nord-Lock Group marketing assets used to demonstrate their world class products.
