The team at Optima were invited to provide support in the development of a next-generation external radio sounder and visual-alert product. Optima were engaged to complete the partially developed product; making significant CAD, tooling and manufacturing optimisation changes to ensure the product functioned accurately, and was suitable for mass production with injection-moulding techniques.

An array of high specification LED’s and LED strobes, providing security reassurance for the user.
A range of robust, translucent polycarbonate bodies, in 3 colours (Blue, Amber and Red) to suit the specific user application. The product also exhibited a low-profile modern aesthetic, appropriate for installation on most building types.
The product entered final tooling in 2015 and was launch to market at the beginning of 2016.
